Fire - Ginny Weasley

When she uses her powers, her hair turns brighter red, and her eyes turn red as well. She can summon fire and control fire even if she didn't create it. With training she could manipulate the temperature and color of the flames.

Water - Luna Lovegood

When she uses her powers, her hair turns light blue, and her eyes do as well.  She can produce water, and manipulate water, even if she did not create the water.  With training, she could manipulate the water's temperature, create ice or steam, and control the water in the air.

Earth - Parvati Patil

When she uses her powers, her hair turns to a light brown, and her eyes turn into the same light brown color. She can control all of the dirt around her, but she cannot produce it.  She can move boulders, compact dirt into boulders and with training could move the dirt through air.

Air - Cho Chang

When she uses her powers, her hair turns into a snowy-white blue color, and her eyes do the same. She can manipulate the weather, and with training may be able to manipulate the air around her so she can fly.

Lightning - Blaise Zabini

When he uses his powers, scars run through his body, glowing purple, and his eyes turn yellow and pulse like electricity.  He can summon bolts of electricity from his arms and legs, and can manipulate electricity and lightning he didn't create.

Metal - Draco Malfoy

When he uses his powers, Draco's hair seems to stay pretty much the same, though a bit of glow does seem to present itself, though his eyes glow silver.  He can control and manipulate all metal around him, though it doesn't help when he's stuck in a glass prison in the room of requirement.

Wood - Neville Longbottom

When Neville uses his powers, his hair turns into a dark lush green, and his eyes do the same.  He can control all plants, even those that don't grow in the ground.  He can stimulate growth at a rapid rate, and manipulate the path of growth.

Light - Lavender Brown

When she uses her powers, her hair turns completely white and her eyes do the same. She can control the light.  In darkness, she can summon light without a wand.  With training, the light can be used to blind, either permanently or temporarily, and even to create a fire, much like light through a magnifying glass aimed at an ant.

Dark - Harry Potter

When he uses his powers, his hair would turn pitch black, which isn't much different than his natural hair.  However, his eyes, even the white of his eyes, turn pitch black.  He can manipulate the darkness around him, no matter the light around him.  However, even in pitch black, he can see just as well as he can when it is light out.  With training there is a possibility that he can shroud someone in darkness forever, basically blinding them, and perhaps since Dark is the absence of light energy, freeze someone as if they were transported somewhere in outerspace without the warmth of the earth.

Blood - Nymphadora Tonks

When she uses her powers, her hair turns brighter red, and her eyes turn red as well, but she can't change it, even though she's a metamorphagus while using her powers. She can control the blood inside of someone, basically controlling the body.  If she really wants to train for it, eventually she could pull the blood right out of someone.  On the flip-side, she could also replenish blood inside of  person, creating blood herself and implanting it into someone.

Life - Remus Lupin

When he uses his powers his hair turns into a snowy white color, but his eyes turn into a rainbow-like color.  He is able to revive the dead, but only if they had died after sun-up and before sun-down of that day.  However, he is only able to revive one person a day, and for the rest of the day he is unconscious.

Death - Tristan Clark

When he uses his powers, his eyes turn into a blood red, but his black hair stays the same.  He is able to raise the dead as mindless drones who will follow his every order.  As long as the dead mindless zombie is around, his eyes will remain red.  These creatures cannot be killed, and can easily reassemble themselves, if Tristan wills it.  However, while the dead has risen, Tristan is unconscious, though controlling them from his unconscious mind.
