Ministry Decree Number 73

Everyone has to have them, and so, I'll keep them as brief as possible for you, but you will still be held accountable for every one of these rules. If you don't know or understand a rule, please do not hesitate to ask about it.

1.) One character per account.
2.) Up two elementals only.  This way, more people can take an elemental.
3.) You can have up to however many characters you can keep active, including canons, as long as you follow rule 2.
4.) Respect everyone, no exceptions.
5.) Have your display name be the character's name.
6.) No power-playing, god-modding, mary-sues, gary-sues, etc.
7.) Everyone loses sometime, no matter how much Captain Kirk denies it.
8.) Keep everything PG-13, fading to black and time skips are your friend if you want your character to do something that isn't PG-13.
9.) If an account is inactive for more than 30 days, the account will be deleted, unless prior warning to the inactivity has been reported to a staff member.
10.) We don't want to punish a member, but if push comes to shove, after two warnings an offender will be banned for a specified time depending on the severity and if rule breaking becomes even more of an issue even after the initial banning, the offender will be banned forever.
11.) The OC Chat is strictly non-canon unless the involved parties all agree to make it the canon of the forum.  The OC chat (located below the banner) is not for advertising.

1.) Go to Edit Profile and then Personal Information.  You will find several blanks at the bottom, starting with Hover Image and ending with Blood-Status.
2.) In Hover Image, place a url to a 200x400 picture that deals with your character in some sort or fashion.
3.) In Year, say which year at Hogwarts your character is.  If graduated, place their occupation in this blank.
4.) In Plotter, place a link to your plot page, if you have one.
5.) In Player Name, place YOUR alias in the blank.
6.) In Relationship Status, tell who your character is in a relationship with ie Dating Spock, In Love With Spock, or Single.
7.) In Blood-Status, place your character's blood status.  IE Half-blood, Pure-blood, Muggle born, etc.
8.) For your avatar, use a 150x200 image, preferably of your character.  Do not use the Upload option that Proboards offers, it will resize it to fit 150x150 not 150x200.
